Chief Bell's academic credentials include a master's degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change and her current pursuit of a doctorate in Organizational Development and Change, which she expects to complete in 2023. She was honored with the title of Zosimli Naa II and enskinned by the Gulkpenaa by order of the Yaa Naa on October 12, 2023, in Tamale, Ghana, during the flagship program "Seeding the Future" organized by The Office of Zosimli Naa. This program, implemented in partnership with the Louisville Sister Cities and Tamale Sister Cities Committees, showcased the historic partnership between Louisville, KY, USA, and Tamale, Ghana, spanning 40 years under the leadership of the late Zosimli Naa Dr. Susan Herlin and now Zosimli Naa II Ife Bell Tigpaya.
