Zosimli Naa Ife Bell TiPagya

Her Royal Majesty Zosimli Naa Ife Bell is a highly esteemed traditional tribal leader of the Dagbon Kingdom in the Northern Region of Ghana, located in West Africa. With an illustrious career spanning various fields, she is internationally recognized as a cultural innovator and an expert in guiding leaders to reach new levels of success by focusing on leadership, culture, and fostering healthier organizations.

Chief Bell is the President of Possibilities and Strategy for To Be Consulting, LLC. With 10 years of experience in education and over 15 years of experience leading global teams and organizations, she has demonstrated measurable success in increasing business performance and creating a culture of belonging. Her leadership journey began as an award-winning educator and entrepreneur, and she has since dedicated her career to helping individuals develop personally and professionally.

Chief Bell's academic credentials include a master's degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change and her current pursuit of a doctorate in Organizational Development and Change, which she expects to complete in 2023. Additionally, she is a certified John Maxwell Coach, equipping her with powerful leadership insights and strategies.

She is a dynamic leader and a seasoned organizational philosopher who champions initiatives that significantly increase leadership performance, goal attainment, cost reduction, staff capacity building, and cultivating a healthy company culture. Her expertise lies in collaborative development, talent strategy for diverse workforces, navigating organizational change, community building, and embracing disruptive innovation. Chief Bell is renowned for applying her research to create impactful engagements that yield immediate results.

With extensive training in Restorative Practices Circles, Collaborative Change, Community Development, Asset-Based Community Development, and Results-Based Facilitation, Chief Bell has a strong foundation in moving hearts and minds. Her business acumen enables her to bridge theory with application, drawing from her personal experiences as a leader who has faced and overcome many challenges. As a sought-after thought-leader, trainer, coach, and collaborator, she has played an instrumental role in developing innovative solutions for global institutions such as Xavier University, Northern Kentucky University, Marathon, AARP, Chamber of Commerce, FourPoint Education Partners, and YMCA.

Chief Bell's contributions extend beyond her professional achievements. She was honored with the title of Zosimli Naa II and enskinned by the Gulkpenaa by order of the Yaa Naa on October 12, 2023, in Tamale, Ghana, during the flagship program "Seeding the Future" organized by The Office of Zosimli Naa. This program, implemented in partnership with the Louisville Sister Cities and Tamale Sister Cities Committees, showcased the historic partnership between Louisville, KY, USA, and Tamale, Ghana, spanning 40 years under the leadership of the late Zosimli Naa Dr. Susan Herlin and now Zosimli Naa II Ife Bell Tigpaya.
